The hotel offers superb rooms with fantastic facilities, but the service was a nightmare at times. The beautiful location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a disappointing choice of food in the pool area. I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were light and airy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished, although the stairs were a bit challenging. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff eager to share their knowledge, and the location was breathtaking, perfect for relaxation. The dining experience was delightful, especially the homemade offerings, but the food choices at the pool area could have been better.
I found my stay at the hotel to be delightful. The rooms were charming and extremely comfortable, offering a balcony with magnificent garden views. Although it was a bit frustrating that I needed to walk an extra 20/30 minutes to fully enjoy the surroundings and the excellent rose. The service was top-notch with the staff being very courteous and always attentive to ensure guests' comfort. The location was stunning, set on a large domaine with beautiful rooms, two outdoor swimming pools, and top-rated vineyards in the region. The dining experience was delicious with a great variety of choices, although there were some slow replenishments. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
